Terms of use

These terms cover the use of frosttally.com. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not, the site is easy to leave and nothing is required of you.

1. What FrostTally is

FrostTally is an independent editorial desk in Melbourne, Victoria. It publishes reviews of free puzzle games distributed on Google Play. Everything written in a review is the opinion of the person who played the game, formed after hands-on sessions on an ordinary Android handset. Opinions differ, and yours may well differ from ours.

We are not a shop, a store front or a download service. Games are obtained from Google Play under Google's own terms, and installing one creates a relationship between you and its developer that we play no part in.

2. Advertising and independence

This site shows no advertising banners and sells no placements. No developer, publisher or agency has paid for an entry to appear on this page, for its position in the list, or for any wording within it. There are no affiliate links; the links to Google Play are ordinary store links and nothing is returned to us if you use one.

The intended support for the desk is our own Plus subscription at A$4.90 per month, described on the top page. Billing for it is in the activation stage: no payment can be taken on this site today and no card details are collected anywhere on it. Should paid material ever appear, it will be marked as such in the entry itself and this section will be amended before publication.

3. Ratings and store data

Each rating shown beside a game is the figure Google Play displayed for Australian users on 18 August 2026. Ratings change constantly; the store page is always the current source and this file is a snapshot. We correct entries when we notice a material difference, but we cannot promise that every figure is current at the moment you read it.

Player quotes are reviews published on the games' own Google Play pages. Long quotes are shortened, and the wording that remains is the author's, including its spelling. Publishing a quote is not an endorsement of it.

4. No affiliation

FrostTally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the studios named on this site, among them Beijing Youyoutang Technology Co.,ltd., Bubblescapes, Cool Cat Game, Ezjoy, LifeSim, NSTAGE and Puzzle1Studio.

5. Intellectual property

Game titles, icons, screenshots and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are reproduced here for identification and editorial comment. The editorial text, the structure of this site and its visual design belong to FrostTally. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is welcome; republishing the file wholesale is not.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a service we supply comes with a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, to the extent the law allows, to supplying the service again. Consumer complaints about businesses in Australia may be taken to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au.

7. Use of the site

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, extract its contents by automated means at a scale that degrades it for other readers, or submit someone else's e-mail address to the list. Joining the list with an address that is not yours is a breach of these terms and of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, pause or retire any part of it. Subject to section 6, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any game reached through it.

9. Age

The site is not intended for people under 15 years of age and the list is not open to them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the laws of Australia applying in it. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
